INGEPSY is seeking an Associate (AFR) to support logistics operations at GSC BOG. You will manage end-to-end PO, claims, pre-alerts, invoicing, carrier coordination and proactive monitoring.

The role requires strong communication in English and Spanish, teamwork, autonomy, and proficient MS Excel skills. A background in Industrial Engineering or Business fields is preferred.

You will analyze delays, back up reports, register costs, and contribute to proactive operational improvements.

Formación

• Students or professionals in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or International Business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Proactive monitoring for lanes negotiated with the final customer.
• Analysis of pending information and late shipments with action plan.
• Backup of all reports performed for the account.
• Registering costs in CW and support of logistics operations.
