DHL Global Forwarding in Bogotá seeks an Associate (AFR) to support logistics operations, manage end-to-end purchase orders, and handle claims and pre-alert processes. The role involves proactive monitoring, information analysis for late shipments, and maintaining reports for the account.

Candidates should be pursuing or have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or International Business, with strong English and Spanish communication skills and solid MS Excel abilities.

Formación

• Professionals/students in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar occupations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills & business skills in English and Spanish.
• Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Teamwork and autonomy

Responsabilidades

• Proactive Monitoring for different lanes negotiated with the final customer.
• Analysis of pending information and late shipments with their respective action plan.
• Backup of all reports performed for the account.
• Registering costs in CW
• Support and knowledge in the logistics operations through proactive management and monitoring.
