INGEPSY in the Bogota area is seeking a Specialist - AFR to manage and monitor shipments, coordinating with customers and analyzing situations.

You will monitor status using CW1, DHLi and FSI3, communicate via emails and calls, and support track & trace activities and reporting. The role includes contributing to continuous improvement and cross-training within the team.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year in Logistics.
• OFR/ AFR knowledge is a plus.
• English B2 is required (verbal and written).
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Teamwork and autonomy.
• Tenure: 12+ months in current role.
• Not in transition projects.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and process import/export OFR/AFR operations for different customers.
• Frequent contact with stakeholders to inform customers about shipment status.
• Monitor shipment status in CW1, DHLi, FSI3 and carrier sites.
• Support track & trace activities and reporting for Shipment Management.
• Add value through continuous improvement initiatives.

Title: Specialist - AFR

Location: GSC BOG

Ensure the management and monitoring of shipments, establish good communication with the customer analyzing the situation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, process instruction/requirements and manage the import/ export OFR/AFR operations for different customers.
• Frequent contact with stakeholders to be aware of shipment status and Keep customers timely informed about import processes of their shipments through emails, Calls and Status Reports.
• Proactive monitoring of shipment status in internal Tools (CW1, DHLi, FSI3) but also on Carrier's websites.
• Give support on track & trace activities and performance reporting for Shipment Management Service Line.
• Add value to our customers through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-training within the team

Skills / Requirements:

• Students/professionals in industrial engineering, international business, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year in Logistics. OFR/ AFR Knowledge is a plus.
• Good communication in English B2 (verbal and written).
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Teamwork and autonomy
