Lean Solutions Group seeks an experienced Carrier Sales professional with Drayage expertise to join our Logistics and Transportation team. The role focuses on coordinating carrier activities, supporting daily transportation operations, resolving time-sensitive issues, and providing leadership to ensure service quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in Carrier Sales/Drayage, direct experience with carriers and drivers, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Formación

• 2+ years of Carrier Sales and Drayage experience required.
• 2+ years in Carrier Sales or Logistics Operations.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience.
• Solid understanding of logistics and transportation operations.
• Experience working with carriers and drivers.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with carriers, drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Build and maintain strong carrier relationships.
• Support carrier sourcing, communication, and operational coordination.
• Monitor shipment status, carrier performance, and transportation activities.
• Handle escalations and resolve time-sensitive operational issues.
• Ensure data entry and reporting within TMS and systems.
• Prioritize multiple loads and requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Guide team members to achieve operational objectives.
• Identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain clear communication via phone and email.
• Prepare and review operational reports and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve transportation processes.
• Perform additional logistics and leadership duties as assigned.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Carrier Sales to join our Logistics and Transportation team. This role is responsible for coordinating carrier activities, supporting day-to-day transportation operations, resolving time-sensitive issues, and providing leadership to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ year of experience in Carrier Sales and Drayage — REQUIRED
• 2+ years of overall experience in Carrier Sales and/or Logistics Operations.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience.
• Solid understanding of logistics and transportation operations.
• Experience working directly with carriers and drivers.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly when handling time-sensitive situations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• English proficiency: B2–C1 (required).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
