Work With Us in Bucaramanga, Colombia, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our freight-tech team. You will negotiate competitive rates for spot market and contracts, and sell loads to carriers, while building strong, long-term partnerships.

You will collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, monitor market trends, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution. This role requires strong communication and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in Carrier Sales or track and trace roles.

What You’ll Do:

• Negotiate & sell: Drive business by negotiating competitive rates for spot market and contracts, and sell loads to carriers.

• Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with carriers to ensure successful freight movement.

• Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, quickly respond to customer needs, and secure business.

• Monitor & adjust: Track market trends and adjust carrier rates to stay competitive.

• Track & trace: Monitor shipments and track the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.

What You Bring:

• Experience in Carrier Sales, Track and Trace or similar roles.

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well with a team.
