Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a strategic Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Bogotá. The role supports outbound/inbound freight flow, negotiates rates, and ensures carrier compliance while collaborating with brokers and customers to meet daily targets.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in logistics or related field, 2+ years in supply chain/transportation, FTL experience, and strong North American geography knowledge. Advanced English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight flow while tracking daily priorities and weekly targets.
• Ensure carrier compliance with policies and procedures.
• Analyze lane data, on-time performance, and costs to negotiate rates for profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with brokers, carriers, and customers to resolve discrepancies.
• Organize logistics activities: obtain rates, negotiate with providers, select 3PLs, track shipments.
• Verify shipping documents (PODs, BOL, carrier confirmations).

We are currently looking for a very strategic and motivated Logistics Coordinator to add to our team.

Schedules available:

Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM CST

Monday to Friday: 1:00PM to 10:00PM CST

Friday to Monday: 8:00AM to 5:00PM CST

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the flow of inbound and outbound freight while staying abreast of daily priorities and weekly transportation targets.
• Ensure carrier compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze lane data, on-time performance and costs to effectively negotiate rates with customers and third-party carriers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with brokers, carriers and the customers to resolve any discrepancies.
• Direct and organize logistics activities such as obtaining shipment rates, negotiating with logistics service providers, selecting 3PL partners, tracking and expediting shipments.
• Verify and troubleshoot any issues in shipping or customs documentation including, but not limited to, PODs, BOL and carrier confirmation.

• Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management and/or Business is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain/Transportation industry is required.
• Experience dealing with FTL shipments.
• Familiarity with North American geography.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the aptitude to learn new software quickly.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Advanced English skills is a must.
• Ideally, must be based in Bogotá or able to travel via their own expense once a month to Bogotá-
