Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT development. You will translate complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Active platforms to optimize enterprise software footprint.

The role requires over 10 years in IT enterprise apps with 6–8 years on Manhattan platforms, strong SQL, and Agile delivery experience. Location: Mexico; flexible options and comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and SQL querying.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics and user stories.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities.
