Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in shaping the future of our enterprise software footprint. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
- 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
- Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
- Experience executing end-to-end flow testing and bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent. CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs for dev teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: Map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing before UAT.
- Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
