Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in a global role. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development to transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will own the backlog, drive API integrations, and lead exhaustive flow testing to ensure robust supply chain execution across systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate operational needs into epics, user stories, and technical specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design end-to-end lifecycle testing before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities.
