Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT development. You will translate complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Active systems to optimize execution.

With 10+ years in IT and 6-8 years on Manhattan platforms, you will configure WMS modules, maintain data interfaces, and drive agile delivery. This role offers flexible work options in Mexico and a path for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with focus on WMS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and system integrations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics, stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces.
• Drive Flow Testing: design end-to-end tests for complex supply chain cases.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS.
