Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT, turning complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. You will shape enterprise software by leveraging Manhattan Scale and Active capabilities.

You will own the backlog, define epics and user stories, and coordinate with development teams to ensure robust, integrated supply chain workflows. A strong background in WMS systems and API integration is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise app experience, with 6–8 years on Manhattan platforms.
• Strong WMS configuration, SQL, and integration standards.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred, Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog, epics, stories, and technical specs for development.
• Lead tech integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS via REST/SOAP, EDI.
• Design end-to-end flow tests and validate edge cases before UAT.
• Act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Active WMS configurations and architecture.
