Venture49 is hiring on behalf of a growing US trucking company to recruit owner-operators through a lease-on program. You will own the full recruiting process and pitch a partnership to independent drivers who own their own trucks.

This is a remote, full-time role aligned to US Central Time. You will run high-volume calls, texts and emails, explain the lease-on offer clearly, pre-screen candidates, collect onboarding needs, schedule interviews with management, and follow up until the lease is

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience in US trucking industry.
• Experience recruiting CDL-A drivers or owner-operators.
• Advanced or fluent English, strong phone/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source owner-operators across the US via job boards, Indeed, groups and referrals.
• Run high-volume calls, texts and emails to explain the lease-on offer.
• Pre-screen candidates against requirements and collect onboarding docs.
• Schedule interviews with management and follow up until signed lease.
• Maintain CRM and send weekly reports.
