Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Lead-Pickleball to oversee club pickleball programming, including open play, clinics, leagues, and tournaments. You will drive revenue-generating on-court programs, engage members, and manage scheduling, billing, and communications with the team.

You will collaborate with Corporate Racquet Sports leaders on strategic changes and marketing, while teaching and promoting pickleball offerings across all age groups.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of the game of pickleball.
• Experience teaching pickleball.
• Pickleball teaching certification required within six months of hire.
• Excellent customer service skills, friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.
• Experience planning and executing events.
• Comfortable working with all age groups and building positive relationships with members and team members.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops, sells and teaches revenue-generating on-court programs.
• Interacts with members through non-revenue producing activity and off-court program promotion.
• Provides administrative oversight of programming including scheduling and billing.
• May supervise pickleball staff and assist in training and onboarding.
