Job summary

GoodRec is a fast-growing US tech startup redefining how sports are played. We are seeking a Partnerships Associate to own a portfolio of venue partners across key U.S. markets. This is a commercial role first—the ops comes with it, but the growth is what you own.

You will negotiate more time slots, better terms, and expand relationships, turning a one-game relationship into five. You’ll drive revenue growth and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth live launches.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales, partnerships, or business development in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
• Native or near-native English level: fluent verbal and written communication.
• Full-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate more time slots, better terms, and additional opportunities with venue partners.
• Own market revenue growth and be accountable to weekly numbers.
• Review fill rates and cancellation data and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Manage the full relationship with each venue: contracts, billing, scheduling, and growth talks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure new games go live and commercial decisions are yours.
