Job summary

MEDLIFE seeks a hands-on Talent Development Team Lead to build leaders, culture and performance systems. You will set clear KPIs and development plans, run core talent programs and coach team leads across departments.

You will manage Talent Acquisition and People Administration, supported by an admin assistant, reporting to the Founder and collaborating with the Leadership team. You will design and implement feedback cycles, scorecards and learning programs, while driving recognition,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR, Talent Development or Organizational Development, with real experience leading people or coordinating other leaders.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Hands-on execution: built and facilitated trainings, ran review cycles, created scorecards or rubrics, and presented results.
• Experience developing leaders: coaching managers or team leads to give direct feedback, run 1:1s, follow up with their teams and hold difficult conversations.
• Performance management and/or Learning & Development experience with working knowledge of the other.
• Experience running culture, values, recognition or engagement initiatives and turning results into concrete action plans.
• Experience setting clear expectations and KPIs, running 1:1s and holding people accountable for results.
• KPI and data mindset: define simple metrics, track them consistently and use evidence to decide.
• Process improvement: document how work is done today, propose improvements and implement them.
• Practical use of generative AI to build training content and automate HR reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, an ATS (e.g., Hiring Room) and HR tools (performance management, survey platforms, LMS).
• Advanced English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead MEDLIFE's leaders, culture and performance system with clear KPIs and development plans.
• Oversee Talent Acquisition and People Administration to align goals with leadership development.
• Design and run core talent programs with support from an admin assistant.
• Report to MEDLIFE's Founder and collaborate with Leadership across departments.
• Run 1:1 feedback, 360 feedback and quarterly talent reviews.
• Lead, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition and People Administration team with KPIs.
• Create SOPs for key people processes and drive improvements.
