Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking an organized marketer to drive email and SMS campaigns that promote facility time, pickup games and registrations. You will segment audiences, craft journeys, and ensure timely follow-ups to convert interest into bookings.

You will coordinate with operations and support remote pickup-game activities while tracking performance and optimizing flows. Expect evening/weekend availability for peak game activity.

Qualifications

• Practical experience building email campaigns and automations, plus hands‑on SMS experience.
• Strong written and spoken English for North American customer conversations.
• Confidence following up with leads, explaining an offer and asking for the booking.
• Experience with a CRM and an email/SMS platform; examples include Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, build and send campaigns promoting facility time, pickup games, registration opportunities and relevant offers.
• Create useful segments by location, sport, expressed interest, booking history and engagement.
• Build and improve welcome messages, lead follow-up, incomplete-booking recovery where supported, reminders, repeat-booking and win-back flows.
• Write clear English copy with specific offers and calls to action. Adapt existing brand assets into mobile-friendly emails.
• Check audiences, dates, time zones, prices, links, personalization and suppression rules before launch.
• Monitor delivery failures, bounces, complaints and opt-outs; maintain consent records and healthy lists.
• Test messaging, timing, offers and journeys, then report qualified enquiries, paid bookings, repeat participation and revenue alongside engagement metrics.
