Lean Solutions Group is seeking a highly organized Lead Generation Support Specialist to join our Marketing and Sales Development team in Bogotá. You will support lead generation campaigns, CRM management, event marketing, reporting, and marketing operations to ensure accurate data and efficient campaign execution.

Formación

• 2+ years in Marketing, Demand Generation, or related fields.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Fluent English (B2–C1).

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution and deployment of lead generation campaigns across platforms.
• Validate prospect and account lists based on ICP criteria.
• Upload and manage audience lists for campaigns.
• QA campaign assets, landing pages, forms, and tracking links prior to launch.
• Monitor campaign performance and support reporting against goals.
• Maintain campaign documentation, trackers, and calendars.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule.
• Pull and manage prospect and account lists for Sales Development initiatives.
• Maintain CRM data quality including deduplication and membership.
• Support lead tracking, reporting, attribution, and lead routing processes.
• Manage event invitation lists, registrations, and attendee tracking.
• Upload event engagement data into Salesforce and other platforms.
• Assist with pre-event and post-event reporting.
• Track marketing invoices and vendor payments.
• Maintain SOPs and marketing project records.
• Assist with reporting, dashboards, and project management.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing and lead management processes.
• Audit and maintain social media channels and coordinate responses.
