Global Technology Services in Medellín, Colombia is seeking a Lead Generation Support Specialist to help drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth by supporting campaigns, lead routing, and marketing programs across multiple platforms.

You will collaborate with the Sales Development Representative and SDRs to manage lists, data hygiene in Salesforce, events, social media, and reporting, needing strong organization and English communication.

Formación

• 5+ years in marketing, demand generation or related fields.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with Pardot, HubSpot or Marketo.
• Strong Excel and data organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience supporting ads and events.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and deploy campaigns across Demandbase, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Pardot, and other marketing tools.
• Validate prospect lists against ICP criteria.
• Upload assets and manage campaign landing pages, forms, and tracking links.
• Monitor campaign performance and reporting against goals.
• Maintain campaign documentation and calendars.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to launch campaigns on schedule.
• Pull and manage prospect lists for marketing and SDR initiatives.
• Support lead routing, tracking, and attribution processes.
• Maintain Salesforce data hygiene and deduplication.
• Coordinate with teams for timely lead handoff and follow-up.
• Manage event invitation lists and attendee tracking.
• Support pre/post-event communications and reporting.
