INGEPSY is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to design and implement scalable Snowflake-based data platforms and end-to-end ELT pipelines on AWS. This client-facing leadership role requires strong communication, governance, and proactive problem solving to ensure high-quality, reliable data workflows.

The candidate will drive data validation, monitoring, and architecture decisions, shaping data governance and best practices across LATAM engagements.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong hands-on Snowflake expertise.
• Experience building ELT pipelines and data ingestion solutions.
• Solid SQL and large-scale data processing experience.
• Medallion Architecture knowledge and AWS data pipelines are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement data ingestion architectures in Snowflake for scalability and reliability.
• Own end-to-end ELT pipelines integrating multiple data sources.
• Design and enforce data quality frameworks, including validation rules and monitoring.
• Apply Medallion Architecture best practices across data pipelines.
• Lead data engineering practices, governance, and pipeline reliability.
