The role focuses on coordinating administrative and operational activities, ensuring service levels, traceability of equipment, and seamless collaboration with customers, engineers, and logistics to sustain high performance.

The position involves managing work orders, part supply, and process improvements while upholding service stability and contract compliance

Formación

• Organized, proactive with strong service mindset.
• Experience coordinating administrative and operational activities is a plus.
• Ability to integrate with customers, field engineers, contracts, logistics and IT systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily administrative support for technical service across LATAM.
• Register service requests and assign engineers based on schedule and contract requirements.
• Maintain traceability of equipment and calibration tools in the system.
