Fortive’s Advanced Sterilization Products team seeks a capable administrator to support technical service across Latin American countries. You will receive and register service requests, schedule engineers, and track orders in the information system while coordinating logistics for spare parts and tools.

Minimum four years in technical service or supply chain, a biomedical engineering degree, and English at B1–B2 level are required; Spanish–Portuguese is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum four years of professional experience in technical service or supply chain.
• Undergraduate degree, preferably Biomedical Engineering.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1–B2).
• Spanish–Portuguese language skills desirable (A2).

Responsabilidades

• Performs daily administrative support activities for technical service across Latin American countries.
• Receives and registers technical service requests for ASP equipment using the designated information system.
• Assigns and schedules engineers according to the agenda for required services.
• Follows up on work orders to ensure service levels; escalates as needed.
• Maintains location and registration data for ASP equipment and ensures traceability.
• Supports shipment processes for spare parts and coordinates with logistics.
• Records calibration and monitoring tool traceability in the information system.
• Records procurement requests and follows through to closure/invoicing.
• Directs requests outside technical service to the appropriate area.
• Communicates service scheduling to customers and collects feedback surveys.
• Interacts with customers by phone as needed and participates in special projects.
