Fortive is seeking an administrative support specialist for its Advanced Sterilization Products division in Bogotá. The role focuses on coordinating technical service requests, scheduling engineers, and maintaining traceability data across Latin America.

Responsabilidades

• Performs daily administrative support for technical service across Latin American countries.
• Registers service requests for ASP equipment and assigns engineers per schedule.
• Maintains traceability of equipment, parts, and service data in the information system.
• Supports logistics for spare parts and calibration tools movement.
• Captures customer satisfaction surveys and documents service activities.
• Collaborates with technical service, clinical demand generation, indirect channel, and logistics teams.
