Johnson & Johnson in Bogotá seeks an Associate Experience PEX LATAM to serve as SPOC for AskGS interactions, focusing on improving user/employee satisfaction and ensuring timely, clear responses within the R2P domain. You will collaborate with RM, S2C, and regional/global teams to support procurement processes and training.

Key duties include managing talent and process documentation, leading regional initiatives, and contributing to the global network for continuous improvement across LATAM.

Formación

• Knowledge of Procurement processes (Requisitioning, PO, Invoicing).
• Data analysis and reporting using Power BI, Excel, Tableau; familiarity with Service Now preferred.
• Experience in leading or supporting process improvement, cross-functional collaboration.
• English proficiency; Portuguese – intermediate level desired.

Responsabilidades

• Cooperate with the R2P Customer & Employee Satisfaction lead as the SPOC for interactions between the Wipro AskGS team, RM, S2C and stakeholders.
• Improve employee experience and ensure AskGS/GSP teams are updated with process changes.
• Coordinate End-to-End Requisition-to-Pay activities and support global initiatives.
• Compile data for managerial reports and monitor month-end/year-end close activities.
• Drive continuous improvements and provide training liaison for GSP LATAM.
• Document processes and training, ensuring knowledge transfer within GSP/AskGS.
