Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition LATAM, based in Bogotá. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across LATAM, aligning hiring plans with business needs and driving TA strategy for a dynamic, diverse region.

The role requires 6–8 years in TA, strong analytics, and the ability to coach teams while partnering with leaders. This is a full-time on-site opportunity with global impact and cross-country collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 6–8 years in Talent Acquisition or HR with full-cycle recruiting.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end LATAM recruitment strategies across LATAM, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with leaders to assess current and future hiring needs and align plans to workforce strategies.
• Manage and optimize recruiting processes and tools for efficiency and candidate experience.
• Analyze workforce data and market trends to develop actionable talent plans.
• Oversee and coach recruiters, fostering development and performance management.
• Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and external partners to meet hiring goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, local regulations, and diversity standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovations in TA practices using analytics.
