Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition LATAM to lead recruiting across the LATAM region from Bogotá. You will partner with leaders to align hiring with business needs, drive innovative recruiting practices, and mentor a regional team in a dynamic, multinational setting.

You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, leverage data to shape strategies, and ensure compliance while advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives across LATAM.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience leading recruitment strategies and aligning hiring plans to business needs.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret workforce data and trends.
• Experience advising leaders on hiring strategies and talent decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across LATAM, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to assess current and future hiring needs and align recruiting plans to long-term workforce strategies.
• Manage and optimize recruiting processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
• Analyze workforce data and market trends to develop actionable talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Oversee and coach recruiters and/or team members, fostering capability building and consistent performance management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver hiring goals and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and diversity and inclusion standards.
