Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive TA/HR operations experience.
• Experience managing TA operations in a global organization.
• Strong data analysis and dashboards experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and continuous improvement of TA processes and tools.
• Manage day-to-day TA operations and ensure compliant workflows.
• Partner with TA leadership to align ops with business goals.
• Develop recruiting metrics and dashboards.
• Oversee TA technologies to ensure data integrity.
• Lead and mentor a team of TA operations professionals.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and business leaders on TA initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and policies.
