Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field required.
• Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and engage qualified talent.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and hiring needs.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive market mapping and networking.
• Utilise sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, talent communities, referrals, and events.
• Analyse labour market data to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes using data and technology.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction with recruitment marketing teams.
• Collaborate with HR, DE&I, and stakeholders to align talent objectives.
• Maintain accurate candidate and market data in ATS/CRM systems.
• Monitor pipeline health and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes.
