Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for MedTech Supply Chain- Americas, located in Bogota, Colombia. You will own full-cycle recruitment across the Americas, delivering talent strategies and exceptional hiring outcomes.

You will build pipelines, advise leaders, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience while partnering with LATAM stakeholders. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus, and a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of recruiting

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required, Portuguese optional.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a strategic recruiter and talent advisor for the TA Leaders, providing insights and recommendations.
• Develop understanding of Johnson & Johnson's growth drivers and innovation pipeline.
• Represent the company in the market, building a network within the TA community.
• Drive an outstanding candidate experience and cultivate a sustainable talent pipeline.
• Collaborate to develop and implement sourcing plans and use data to inform hiring decisions.
• Coordinate with business partners across LATAM to support TALENT delivery.
