Johnson & Johnson MedTech Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to guide a senior TA team across the Americas. You will own end-to-end recruitment, influence hiring managers, and drive high-quality talent pipelines in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

You will lead a team, embrace new recruiting technologies, and partner with stakeholders to deliver strategic hiring across NA & LATAM while maintaining confidentiality and driving process excellence.

Formación

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Six (6) years of HR/Recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in high-volume recruiting or talent sourcing.
• People leadership experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate a high performing team of experienced Recruiters.
• Own the end-to-end recruiting process across sourcing, recruiting, assessment, offer, onboarding and communication.
• Influence, communicate, and lead outcomes with hiring managers using effective recruiting strategies.
