Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for the MedTech Supply Chain - Americas, located in Bogota, Colombia. You will own full-cycle recruitment and build a sustainable candidate pipeline across the Americas, collaborating with business leaders and talent intelligence teams.

The role requires leading talent delivery, using data-driven insights, and representing the company in the TA community. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; Portuguese is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Portuguese proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as strategic recruiter and talent advisor to hiring leaders, providing recommendations and insights.
• Translate talent strategies into recruitment results, including pipeline development.
• Maintain external presence via social media and industry events as an ambassador.
• Drive an outstanding candidate experience and mentor candidates for long-term relationships.
• Collaborate on talent sourcing plans and leverage digital platforms for sourcing.
