Job summary

Solvo Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across international regions, with emphasis on LATAM, the Philippines, Europe, and Asia.

Location: Colombia preferred, with options in Guatemala, Argentina, Mexico, Peru, and Honduras. You will source, interview, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with stakeholders across multi-site teams and ensuring top talent alignment with global HR practices and employment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience recruiting internationally across multiple regions.
• Experience recruiting candidates in LATAM and the Philippines (Europe is a strong plus).
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Experience conducting interviews and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience working with ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-region organizations.
• Background in Staffing, RPO, or complex recruiting environments.
• Experience recruiting across diverse international labor markets.
• Exposure to global HR practices and employment regulations.
• Previous experience recruiting in Europe.
