The role requires 3+ years leading IT teams in manufacturing or industrial settings, and fluency in English and Spanish. Travel up to 30% is expected, with day-to-day leadership from on-site locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience leading IT support teams.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial IT environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed LATAM On-Site IT Support team.
• Ensure SLAs, incident targets, and service standards are met.
• Oversee end-user services, hardware, connectivity, and network issues.
• Collaborate with site leadership and global IT to drive improvements.
• Support global IT initiatives and governance standards.
• Participate in incident resolution for complex issues.
• Coordinate on-call support and regional travel up to 30%.
