Job summary

Capgemini Engineering LATAM is seeking a Technical Lead based in LATAM to support a high-traffic live hiring platform. You will own production support, incident management, system reliability, and lead engineering efforts across multiple initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of software development with backend Java/Spring Boot and Python/Django, plus React frontend. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend development with Java, Spring Boot, Python, and Django.
• Frontend experience with React.
• Experience with Kafka, GraphQL, SQL and/or MongoDB.
• Build and deployment experience with cloud/data tooling.
• Strong production support and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues impacting live events.
• Partner with Client Support and GTM teams to triage tickets.
• Ensure timely incident resolution and SLA adherence.
• Monitor production environments and respond to alerts, outages, and performance degradation.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations.
• Lead engineering efforts and guide team members.
• Drive investigations using data and system metrics.
