Job summary

Essity is seeking an IT On-Site Team Leader LATAM to guide regional on-site IT support across LATAM. You will lead a distributed team, ensure service quality, and align with global IT standards at Essity’s sites and offices.

You will collaborate with site leaders, stakeholders, and global IT to implement initiatives, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvements while traveling up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience leading IT support teams.
• Experience supporting IT operations in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, end-user support, workplace technologies, and IT service management.
• Experience managing budgets and technology investments.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Availability to travel up to 30%.

About The Role

At Essity, we break barriers to well-being. We are looking for an IT On-Site Team Leader LATAM to lead our regional on-site support organization and ensure reliable, efficient, and user-focused IT services across Latin America.

In this role, you will combine people leadership, operational excellence, and technical expertise to support Essity’s manufacturing sites and offices while driving alignment with global IT strategies and standards.

This position is part of an international global team and will support the delivery of GSC IT On Site services to our manufacturing sites and distribution centers in different countries in Latin America Region and different business areas.

What You Will Do

Who You Are

• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and complex environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Availability to travel up to 30% across the region.
