Job summary

Essity in Medellín, Colombia is seeking an IT HR specialist to support SAP HCM and Time & Attendance deployments across LATAM. You will collaborate with stakeholders, build strong relationships, and drive solutions in a matrix organization.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a university degree in computer science or related field, and fluency in English and Spanish. Travel up to 25% is expected as part of regional IT HR projects.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in IT HR SAP HCM and Time & Attendance systems (Kronos and TimeSoft).
University degree in Computer Science or related field; PM master preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
Fluency in English and Spanish (B2-C1) and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Identify and determine process capability and optimization needs with stakeholders.
Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization.
Participate in pre-studies and breakdown of business requirements to estimate cost, time, and resources.
Facilitate workshops to capture business requirements and analyze user needs.
Review and edit requirements, specifications, and recommendations.
Transition requirements to designers for clear specifications.
Support implementation of to-be processes and deliver technical training.
