Job summary

Essity is seeking a Project Engineer to design and execute infrastructure, equipment, and process projects, leveraging skilled suppliers to boost reliability and sustainability. You will support Personal Care plants, apply research for improvements, and drive cost efficiency.

We value 3+ years in project management, English at B2, and strong leadership. Applicants should be able to coordinate external partners and contribute to TPM initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Experience leading engineering or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and SAP.
• Budget management skills.
• Strong leadership and analytical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, execute infrastructure, equipment, process, and product projects.
• Provide technical support to Personal Care plants to improve performance.
• Analyze, integrate, and apply research to drive process improvements.
• Develop, coordinate, and manage suppliers and external manufacturers.
• Support TPM initiatives and ensure safety and efficiency improvements.
