Inner Circle is seeking a Junior Content & CRM Trainee based in Bogotá to support LATAM markets, including Argentina, Colombia and Chile. The role involves hands-on work with our LATAM Market Owner to bring ideas to life, manage content, and drive engagement across the region.

You will help execute social media and CRM initiatives, adapt local content, and keep workflows organized while learning in a fast-paced tech scale-up environment.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Social media execution across LATAM, localizing content and researching trends.
• CRM campaign support from localization to follow-up across LATAM markets.
• Assist Creative Studio and Growth teams to adapt Brazil-based creatives for LATAM.
• Keep trackers, workflows and project information organized and up to date.
