WITHIN is seeking a Creative Project Manager based in Bogotá, Colombia. You will own the workflow across departments, ensure timely, high‑quality client deliverables, and help scale creative production. The role emphasizes process discipline, collaboration across LATAM and US hubs, and ongoing learning in creative workflows.

You will work with Asana, Google Suite, and AI tools to keep projects on track, document progress, and facilitate efficient communication in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience required.
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project life cycle using tools like Asana and Google Drive, with clear status trackers.
• Coordinate AI integration and ensure visibility of updates across teams.
• Schedule meetings with clear agendas and capture meeting notes and feedback.
• Facilitate cross‑department collaboration (Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production).
• Forecast potential issues and propose proactive solutions.
• Oversee growing projects and manage designer and editor schedules and workflows.
• Support pitches for new business and assist Sr. PM on larger clients.
