AgileEngine in Medellín, Colombia, seeks a Trainee/Junior Candidate Development Representative to be the first contact for potential candidates, messaging via email and other channels, and introduce them to opportunities.

This entry point into IT recruitment offers room to grow; responsibilities include initial qualification, driving conversion, maintaining CRM data, and collaborating with teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

Formación

• 0-1 year experience in recruitment, sourcing, customer support, or lead generation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B1+)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle large volumes of written communication daily.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with pre-generated candidates via email and other channels to introduce opportunities.
• Make initial qualification of candidates through messaging and screening questions, ensuring their fit for roles.
• Drive conversion by engaging and motivating qualified leads to move forward in the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM and Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
