Social Media Manager

Our client is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join their team. Are you a social media savant or skilled wordsmith with a knack for writing engaging posts on Reddit or LinkedIn? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where creativity meets strategy? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• Proven track record of creating engaging and effective digital content
• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement on Reddit and LinkedIn
• Utilize LLMs and other tools to optimize copywriting processes and increase efficiency
• Strong creative thinking skills and innovative problem-solving abilities
• A genuine interest in what makes content shareable and viral
• Ability to work in small teams as well as independently
• Ability to give and receive constructive criticism - high emotional intelligence and a willingness to be coached
• A competitive drive with a positive, curious, and kind disposition (no haters)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An obsession with social strategy

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media or related field
• C1 level of English or higher is required
• Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar
• Ability to distill complex ideas into clear and compelling messaging
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer psychology
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Reddit and LinkedIn content is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies, including training in LLMs for copywriting efficiency
