IE University in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a Junior Manager, Master Programs to accelerate growth of IE Colombia and neighboring markets. This commercial, strategic role focuses on expanding awareness of IE master programs across Colombia, Central America, Venezuela, and the Dominican Republic.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in sales/marketing, strong English, and hands-on experience in international environments. This full-time position requires travel and a proactive, innovative mindset.

Your role as a Junior Manager will involve:

• Increase awareness and market presence of IE and IENYC master programs across Colombia, Central America, Venezuela, and the Dominican Republic.
