Job summary

IE University in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a Junior Manager, Master Programs to accelerate growth of IE Colombia and neighboring markets. This commercial, strategic role focuses on expanding awareness of IE master programs across Colombia, Central America, Venezuela, and the Dominican Republic.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in sales/marketing, strong English, and hands-on experience in international environments. This full-time position requires travel and a proactive, innovative mindset.

Qualifications

3-4 years of professional experience.
Experience in sales, marketing, communications, or business development, ideally within the education sector.
Strong level of English proficiency.
Experience in an international environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit, commercial mindset, and results orientation.
Analytical skills and comfort working with data and performance metrics.
Willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

Increase awareness and market presence of IE master programs across the region.
Manage the candidate pipeline from lead generation to enrollment with strong follow-up.
Support the candidate journey through advising, meetings, calls, and events.
Design and implement business development strategies for assigned markets.
Execute recruitment and enrollment activities: fairs, information sessions, and visits.
Analyze market performance and conversion metrics for growth opportunities.
Propose innovative initiatives to improve commercial effectiveness.
Leverage AI, CRM tools, automation, and digital solutions for reporting and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and results across the segment.
