Job summary

IE University in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a Junior Manager, Master Programs to accelerate growth across the master programs segment in Colombia and the region. You will work in a commercially driven, strategic, and innovation-focused team within IE Colombia.

You will engage with prospective students through advising, events, and personalized outreach, while leveraging AI and CRM tools to optimize recruitment and enrollment processes.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, communications, or business development, preferably in education.
• Strong level of English proficiency.
• Undergraduate degree required; master’s degree valued; IE University alumnus a plus, but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel across the region and work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Increase awareness and market presence of IE and IE University master programs across Colombia, Central America, Venezuela, and the Dominican Republic.
• Manage the candidate pipeline from lead generation to enrollment, ensuring strong follow up and experience.
• Support the candidate journey through personalized advising, meetings, calls, events, and ongoing engagement.
• Design and implement business development and commercial strategies for the assigned markets and business unit.
• Execute recruitment and enrollment activities, including fairs, presentations, information sessions, and school visits.
• Analyze market performance, candidate behavior, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Propose and implement innovative initiatives to improve commercial effectiveness and strengthen candidate engagement.
• Leverage AI, CRM tools, automation, and digital solutions to improve reporting, pipeline management, and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and contribute to better results across the segment.
