PRGX is seeking a Jr Business Analyst to support data-driven decisions across Sales, Operations, and Client Services. You will prepare client reports, conduct trend analyses, and develop recurring operational dashboards to track KPI performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years in analytics, with advanced Excel and experience in Power BI or Tableau. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and deliver insights on time.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in reporting, business analysis, data analytics, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare client reports and business insights accurately and on time.
• Validate, interpret, and summarize data to support decisions.
• Develop recurring operational reports and KPI dashboards.
• Create trend analyses and benchmarking reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support Sales, Operations, and Client Services with research and reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
