PRGX is seeking a Jr Business Analyst to join our data analytics team in Colombia. You will prepare, analyze, and deliver client reports and business insights accurately and on time, supporting decision-making across Sales, Operations, and Client Services.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Statistics or related field, 1–3 years of reporting or analytics experience, and strong Excel, Power BI or Tableau skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in reporting or business analysis.
• Advanced Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Validate, interpret, and summarize data to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain recurring operational reports and KPI dashboards.
• Create trend analysis and benchmarking reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support Sales, Operations, and Client Services with research and reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and efficiency.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
