PRGX is seeking a Jr Business Analyst to analyze and deliver client reports, driving data-based insights in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Client Services.

You will develop recurring reports and dashboards, interpret large datasets, and identify improvements in data quality and reporting efficiency. English proficiency is required for global communications.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in reporting, business analysis, data analytics, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, analyze, and deliver client reports and business insights accurately and on time.
• Validate, interpret, and summarize data to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain recurring operational reports and KPI dashboards.
• Create trend analysis and benchmarking reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support Sales, Operations, and Client Services with research and reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and efficiency.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
