PRGX in Medellín, Colombia is seeking a junior Business Analyst to support reporting and data analysis initiatives. You will help prepare client reports and deliver business insights with accuracy and timeliness.

You will build and maintain recurring operational reports and KPI dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Client Services to drive improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in reporting, business analysis, data analytics, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Validate, interpret, and summarize data to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain recurring operational reports and KPI dashboards.
• Create trend analysis and benchmarking reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support Sales, Operations, and Client Services with research and reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and efficiency.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
