PRGX is seeking a Jr Business Analyst to join our Medellín-based team. You will support data-driven decisions by validating and interpreting data, developing recurring reports, and building KPI dashboards for stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Client Services.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a related field and 1–3 years of analytics experience, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in reporting, business analysis, data analytics, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Validate, interpret, and summarize data to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain recurring operational reports and KPI dashboards.
• Create trend analysis and benchmarking reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support Sales, Operations, and Client Services with research and reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and efficiency.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
