PRGX is seeking a Jr Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through rigorous analysis and reporting. You will prepare client insights and KPI dashboards, ensuring timely delivery of accurate business reports.

The role emphasizes data validation, trend analysis, and collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Client Services to improve reporting processes and drive margin improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Validate, interpret, and summarize data to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain recurring operational reports and KPI dashboards.
• Create trend analysis and benchmarking reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support Sales, Operations, and Client Services with research and reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.
