PRGX is seeking a Senior Business Information Analyst to own end-to-end data projects and collaborate with operational teams from requirements to delivery. The role emphasizes data governance, cross-functional collaboration, and building optimized workflows using Prefect and Airflow.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in data/business analysis, strong SQL/Python skills, and a proactive approach to automation and AI-driven improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Trino, SQL, and Python.
• 5+ years of experience in data, business analysis, or related roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to detect, analyze, and solve complex problems end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in automation, AI, and process optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end ownership of projects, from requirements to delivery.
• Drive and contribute to data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a key liaison between business and technical stakeholders.
• Design, build, and optimize data workflows and orchestration pipelines using Prefect and Airflow.
• Lead automation initiatives, including RPA solutions with Python and Selenium.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and intelligent automation in business processes.
• Mentor junior team members and help define standards and scalable solutions.
